An earspoon/toothpick combo! Or you can use the sharp end to clean your nails – I suggest you pick one and stick to it. I can attest that this item will do all the jobs suggested by this description – but modern dentists and otologists are really freaked out by this use, so use caution both in use and in sharing with your medical folks.
