Shipping costs:
We use the US Postal Service in most cases. Occasionally we use UPS or, for orders from outside the US, a consolidating shipper. We charge standard rates for first class and priority shipping, with different rates for the US, Canada, and other countries. Please see our Shipping page for more complete information.
How soon will we fill your order?:
Orders generally ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. Please note the following situations that might delay shipment:
– We check belt fittings prior to mailing, to ensure that the combinations selected work together, and we will write you immediately if we think there may be a problem, to confirm that you will get what you want and need.
– We try to keep all items in stock, but sometimes recent demand means we do not have as many of an item as you need at hand. If an item is out of stock, we will cast as soon as we can to fill your order. If this delays shipping, we will write you immediately to discuss the delay and give you information on when we can ship.
– If we do not have a painted item in stock, there will be a delay of at least a week before we can ship. We will write you immediately to discuss the delay and your preferred solution.
– We are occasionally both away from home and our house-sitters do not fill orders for us. If we cannot fill orders on a normal schedule, that information will be available on the front page of the website and at the time of ordering. December holiday orders should be made as early as possible; the post is slow.
Quantity discounts and orders for resale:
We welcome special orders for large quantities of specific items (30+), or for resale (multiples of numerous items). We give discounts on large orders, depending on quantities and timing. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Returns and refunds:
We want you to be satisfied with your order. We will accept returns of any item that does not meet your expectations or needs and refund your payment. If something goes wrong, please contact us right away, so we can discuss the return. Please do not return an item without letting us work with you first to arrange for shipment and refund.
